I’ve made something of a speciality out of lith printing and I’m fortunate to still have a supply of Oriental Seagull paper, although it’s dwindling now. There are other suitable papers for lith produced, but Oriental still has the edge. I believe it went back into production for a while but I’m not sure if it’s still available. I love the lith effect, though it doesn’t work for all negatives and selecting suitable images is an art in itself. I’m doing my best to use up my remaining paper stock before closing down my darkroom, which is quite a challenge.
