Lith printing

I’ve made something of a speciality out of lith printing. I love the lith effect, though it doesn’t work for all negatives and selecting suitable images is an art in itself. It’s a challenging process to use and requires a lot of patience as processing times can be very long. Along with selling my darkroom I’ve sold my remaining stock of Oriental Seagull paper. It’s by far the best paper for liths and I understand it’s very hard to get now – or maybe someone has started making it again. I hope so, the results can be really quite beautiful, and unexpected too.
